The Challenge
Scully Company had purchased and begun renovation on an adaptive reuse historic building in Center City, Philadelphia. The sleek, stylish, efficient apartments were designed for the millennial market. They needed a name and branding for the new property. We named the building ‘Avenir’ which means ‘future’ in French. This building, with its sleek, modern apartments is indeed a breath of fresh air for Philadelphia Center City living. Overall the new brand is one of the most stylish of anything else selling in the area.
