Meeting Point Health had outgrown its previous website and needed updates to its brand. While their care is advanced and holistic, the digital experience felt dated, text-heavy, and overly clinical. It didn’t capture the vitality or sophistication of the practice — nor the compassion that defines their patient relationships. Our goal was to shift perception from “a place for illness treatment” to “a destination for healing, longevity, support and transformation,” while at the same time maintaining trust and accessibility for chronic care patients.

Over the course of six months, King Design worked closely with the founders and clinical team to align brand, voice, and visuals with the clinic’s mission and future growth.

We began by visiting the Meeting Point Health office to experience the practice firsthand — observing patient flow, brand atmosphere, and team interactions. These insights shaped every decision, from content hierarchy to tone of voice.

Information Architecture & UX

Working side by side with the MPH team, we completely restructured the sitemap and wireframes to improve navigation, storytelling, and lead quality. The new structure emphasizes patient goals (“restore energy,” “heal joints,” “stay youthful”) before introducing therapies — creating an intuitive, conversion-focused user experience.
