The new management team for The South Beach Diet, a doctor-designed weight-loss program that first became popular in the early 2000's, was getting ready to re-launch the brand with a more comprehensive subscription-based e-commerce program. They needed a new visual brand identity system to help launch the program.
We started with a modernized, refreshed logo
After a comprehensive deep dive with the brand team, we set out to create visual identity styles that give a nod to the aspirational beach lifestyle origins of the brand. Once the visual identity styles were set, we designed a series of web pages to support the e-commerce website launch and roll-out of the larger brand. We also designed and built The Palm, a content publication to support engagement and education around various weight loss and wellness topics. We also created short animated videos to support their social marketing efforts.
