Scully Company’s portfolio was growing—and so was the need for a cohesive, professional brand presence that could span a corporate identity representing their history, values, and credibility, property-level branding that differentiated each community while still feeling like part of the same family, a website that clearly communicated their offerings, portfolio, and resident services and a scalable system allowing new properties to be named, branded, and launched quickly and consistently
