Due to extremely fast growth and even faster adoption of multiple business channels and software application offerings, IDEA's messaging platform and sales approach became disparate and confusing. They were in need of a more simple and cohesive way of explaining what they do. It was clear from our initial discovery sessions that IDEA not only needed animated videos to explain their offerings but they needed a website redesign, new marketing and sales material and a message that was easy to understand internally and externally that the staff could get behind and be proud of.
King Design worked with IDEA to refine their current 'elevator pitch' into an easy to understand and informative message that can be used across multiple channels. From this message King Design created two engaging and descriptive graphic animations. The first describes the Manufacturer’s relationship with IDEA and the second describes the Distributors relationship. From the video we moved into rebuilding the IDEA brand identity starting with the logo and mark and eventually rebuilt their website, E-Biz microsite and branding collateral.

With a client base consisting of some of the largest electrical manufacturers and distributors in the world, King Design’s challenge was to create a cohesive brand identity and messaging that could be clearly understood by both sides of the industry while staying relevant to the younger generation entering the market.
What we built was a feature rich website that includes a hub of information and resources for IDEA’s clients. We focused the message on actual clients of IDEA and told their stories of success through real testimonials and case studies throughout the site. The end result is a website that met and is exceeding the goals set forth in the beginning discovery phases of the project.
