Georgetown Day School is a private school just outside of Washington, DC. Their graduates have gone on to win Academy Awards, run large companies, and many of them go on to graduate from Ivy League colleges. They know they are doing something right, but they partnered with us to get their story out.
Using the genuine brightness and love of learning that we saw in the GDS hallways, we worked to create a brand that more accurately represents the school and their beliefs.
We felt the current logo had some good bones and also quite a bit of history. We updated the fonts, the "Hopper" icon, and the structure of the logo to make it easier to use across modern formats.
We created a new messaging platform, created new design assets and curated a photography gallery so that GDS has the tools to keep the brand consistent.
GDS needed the tools to re-create their website, but are able to maintain it themselves. We gave them the assets and the direction they needed and they are now using the new brand with a lot of success!
Print and Digital Ads
Ads for GDS had to be able to get attention in a competitive market. Using bold color blocks, short, powerful headlines, and a twist of fun, we were able to create a set of ads that get noticed.
